Manager — Supply Chain & Operations

Role Overview

Harbor Labs is seeking an experienced Manager to lead engagements in our Supply Chain & Operations practice. You will work with manufacturing, logistics, and retail clients to optimize global networks, design resilient supply chains, and implement operational excellence programs. This is a leadership role combining strategic design with execution management.

What You'll Do

• Manage large-scale operations and supply chain transformation engagements, overseeing team deliverables and client relationships.
• Analyze client manufacturing footprint, procurement spend, and distribution networks to identify efficiency gains.
• Design supply chain strategies, incorporating digital tools, automation, and sustainability goals.
• Lead client teams through operational implementation, ensuring change management and value realization.
• Participate in business development activities, drafting proposals and presenting to prospective clients.

What You'll Bring

• 5–8 years of experience in operations consulting or in a corporate supply chain / operations leadership role.
• Deep understanding of supply chain planning, procurement, logistics, or manufacturing operations.
• Proven track record of leading project teams and delivering measurable financial or operational benefits.
• Strong client management skills; ability to build trust and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical capabilities; experience with network optimization tools or data analytics is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience in automotive, industrial manufacturing, or pharmaceuticals.
• Professional certifications such as APICS CSCP, CPIM, or Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt.
• Experience working in multi-regional / global projects.
