Recruiter — Consulting Roles

Role Overview

We are seeking a Recruiter to manage the talent acquisition lifecycle for consulting roles across our European and US offices. You will source, assess, and hire consultants from analyst to director level, working closely with practice leaders to meet firm growth objectives. You will own the candidate experience, ensuring a premium, structured journey.

What You'll Do

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for consulting positions, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation.
• Partner with practice leaders and HR to define hiring requirements, job profiles, and selection criteria.
• Design and implement structured interview processes with consistent evaluation frameworks.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, campus relationships, and LinkedIn.
• Manage agency and headhunter relationships, ensuring value and quality in external partnerships.
• Track and report on hiring metrics (time-to-fill, offer acceptance, pipeline diversity) for leadership.
• Champion candidate experience from first contact through to onboarding handoff.

What You'll Bring

• 4–6 years of recruiting experience, ideally in a professional services or consulting environment.
• Demonstrated success managing high-volume, quality-focused hiring across multiple functions.
• Strong interviewing skills and the ability to assess for both competency and culture fit.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable working with senior Partners.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Nice to Have

• Experience hiring for consulting, advisory, or financial services firms.
• Familiarity with campus recruiting and early-career talent programmes.
• SHRM or CIPD certification.
