Consultant — People & Organisational Change

Role Overview

We are looking for a Consultant to join our People & Organisational Change practice. You will help clients design modern organizations, manage culture change during transformations, and build talent capabilities that enable strategy execution. You will act as a critical bridge between strategic design and human implementation.

What You'll Do

• Support organizational design projects, analyzing current roles, structures, and capabilities against strategy.
• Develop and implement change management, communication, and stakeholder engagement plans for transformations.
• Design and facilitate workshops on leadership alignment, team effectiveness, and culture change.
• Conduct capability gap assessments and design training / learning program frameworks.
• Create high-quality client deliverables, translating organizational theory into practical business tools.

What You'll Bring

• 3–5 years of experience in organizational consulting, HR advisory, or a corporate change management role.
• Strong understanding of organizational design principles, change management frameworks, and HR best practices.
• Proven experience facilitating workshops and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; high emotional intelligence.
• Strong project management capability and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

• Experience in post-merger integration or digital transformation organizational changes.
• Certifications in Prosci, ADKAR, or similar change management methodologies.
• Background in occupational psychology or behavioral science.
